"Neighborly Courtesies"

I am receiving notes from neighbors that other neighbors are not being especially "neighborly".  Please remember that our safety and property values (among other things!) are effected by our actions.

*  Curb Courtesy:  Please bag your trash, close the bags properly, and put it out within city guidelines: not before 6 PM the day before trash pickup. Please encourage contractors to remove their waste from home and yard improvement/upgrade projects so you don't have to handle it.
*  Nice weather allows our children to play outside:  SLOW DOWN while driving down our streets!
*  Cars parking on both sides of the street can prevent emergency services from reaching their destination:  If you were having a heart attack, would you want the ambulance to get through?  If your home were on fire, would you want the fire truck to get through?
*  Please remember to pick up after your dogs...  Nobody wants to see it, smell it, or step in it!
*  If you are having a yard sale or a garage sale, please monitor traffic to prevent blocking your neighbors access to their own driveways or garages.
*  Our Deed Restrictions describe certain property details, including mailboxes.  Our mailboxes should all be brick structures.
*  Please do not use visible outside areas for unsightly storage.
