Did you know that as a homeowner in Woodgate, you're automatically a member of the Woodgate Neighborhood Association (WNA)? It's true!

 

Paid Membership in WNA is OPTIONAL (also known as voluntary) and not a requirement for home ownership in the subdivision. Paying the yearly dues is highly encouraged and you'll help us preserve and protect our neighborhood and your property value.​ It also provides added benefits such as voting rights and ability to be on the Board.

• Ability to address issues with committees and the board.

• Common area beautification and maintenance.

• Access to all Woodgate events, including the Annual Fall Festival.
