It’s that time of year to invest in the future of Woodgate! You should have recently received an invoice for $75 for the annual Woodgate Neighborhood Association dues by postal mail.
Membership in the Woodgate Neighborhood Association (WNA) is automatic for each resident, however, to help keep our neighborhood safe, common areas beautiful, help with neighborhood crime watch, hosting neighborhood events, and engaging with our local officials, paying your dues is highly encouraged.
Dues-paying members can vote on matters affecting the neighborhood as well as run for office, serve on the architectural board, and actively serve on WNA committees such as events, beautification, government, and crime watch. Your dues keep Woodgate the beautiful, connected, and safe.
As stated in our Bylaws in ARTICLE III regarding Membership: Dues shall be solicited via invoice, which will be delivered to each residence by January 15th, and is payable by each resident no later than January 31st.
