Happy New Year, Woodgate! I hope everyone had a safe and Happy Holiday season.
As we begin 2025, the new officers are in place, and I want to thank you for entrusting me as President. I look forward to working with the Board and ALL MEMBERS to make this another wonderful year for Woodgate.
I want to start by thanking Dave Waters for all of his hard work over the past two years. The amount of participation at activities, meetings, and neighborhood functions vastly improved under your leadership and is a trend I want to keep up!
I would like to also thank Sarah Eaton, Ellen Mcloughlin, and Patti Patak for all of their hard work last year as well.
One of my big priorities this year is to promptly send all the information, dates, times, and events to all members and ensure everyone is aware of what is going on in the neighborhood, all the time.
Brian Penrod has been doing an excellent job putting together the monthly Woodgate Newsletter and managing our website. You'll also see the Woodgate Facebook Group Page back up and running, please check it out and stay informed. If you haven’t received our newsletter, you can subscribe here.
If anyone is interested in helping with any event or being on a committee, please reach out to any Board member. I pride myself in always keeping an open line of communication. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact me at any time.
Lastly, my goals for the year are to maintain community safety, keep improving the growing sense of pride in the neighborhood, and to maintain the value of all property and homes. I believe if we stay diligent, Woodgate will see continued improvement in community involvement, and we will keep our neighborhood beautiful.
